By accessing or using Growth Roadmaps ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. These terms are governed by the laws of Manitoba, Canada.
2. Description of Service
Growth Roadmaps provides SEO optimization tools, keyword research, competitor analysis, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
4. Subscription and Payment
By subscribing to our Service:
- You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis
- Credits are allocated based on your subscription plan
- Unused credits roll over to the next billing period
- There are no refunds on unused credits
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
5. Credit System
Our Service uses a credit-based system. 1 credit equals 1 keyword for keyword research operations. Reports with automation start at 300 credits. Credit usage varies by feature, and detailed pricing is available on our pricing page.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
- Use automated means to access the Service beyond normal usage
7. Third-Party Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party services including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Ads. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms and policies of those services. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of data from third-party services.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Growth Roadmaps and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. SEO results and forecasts are estimates and not guarantees of performance.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growth Roadmaps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Growth Roadmaps and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manitoba, Canada.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
